With more than 20 years of experience in business management and development, Russ Gray, the Founder and CEO of Gray Matter Business Group, LLC (GMBG), is a respected leader known for delivering growth and success on local, state, and national levels. His diverse background encompasses sales, marketing, recruiting, business development, management services, nonprofits, and entrepreneurship, providing him with a unique perspective and expertise to help organizations reach their full potential.
As a seasoned professional with a wealth of experience managing agencies across various sectors, including corporate, private, and higher education, Russ’ innovative strategies have consistently delivered results, enabling clients to overcome constraints and achieve desired levels of success.
An expert in business development, Russ is known for his revolutionary “BLISS” sales and marketing concept, which has been successfully implemented by a multi-billion dollar telecommunications corporation. His areas of expertise include executive coaching, strategic planning, organizational design and transformation, and leadership development.
Russ received an M.B.A. degree from Nova Southeastern
University (with a concentration in Business Development). He also earned his B.S. degree from Morehouse College, with a major in psychology.
